Lunch Programs

Impoverished children often live in plastic-covered hovels alongside a polluted river. Struggling under these harsh conditions,  many parents force their children to earn a few rupees by working or begging. The free daily lunch provided by Empower the Children serves as a compelling reason for parents to send their children to school.

Today Empower the Children provides a nutritious lunch to 650 students five days a week.
